Summary

The search criteria contains at least one character that has been designated as a word delimiter. Word delimiters are characters that mark the end of a word. These type of characters are not indexed and therefore a search cannot be performed on them.

Workaround

Try the following:

1. Remove any word delimiters from the search criteria.
2. Perform the search again.

Note: A list of the word delimiters for a particular database can be viewed from the LaserFiche Administration Console.

More Information

If you would like to include the character in question in a future search, then you should change the status of the character from the LaserFiche Administration Console.
