Workaround

Try the following:

  • Check file permissions for search index files.
  • Network database: Contact a LaserFiche administrator. Stop the LaserFiche Server. Follow the instructions below. You should then restart the LaserFiche Server.
  • Standalone\network database: Delete search index files (*.idx), which can be found in the Search folder of the LaserFiche database. Reindex all of the documents in the database.
