Summary

The temporary file containing the search results cannot be created in the directory specified by the TEMP environment variable. This problem usually occurs when the TEMP environment variable specifies a directory that does not exist.

Workaround

Try the following:

• Check disk space on the drive on which the temporary directory resides.
• Make sure that sufficient rights have been granted to the temporary directory.

Network database: The steps (listed above) should be performed on the computer hosting the LaserFiche Server.
