The LFCONFIG.IDX file is corrupt.
Try the following:
- Network database: Contact a LaserFiche administrator. Stop the LaserFiche Server. Follow the instructions below. You should then restart the LaserFiche Server.
- Standalone/network database: Delete the LFConfix.idx file, which can be found in the Search folder of the LaserFiche database. Reindex all of the documents in the database.
