Summary

A database cannot be deleted or detached while users are connected to the database.

Workaround

Disconnect all LaserFiche users from the database and then try again.

Note: Users can be disconnected from a database through the LaserFiche Administration Console. For more information, please refer to the LaserFiche Administrator's Reference.

More Information

The LaserFiche Administration Console establishes a connection through which an administrator may disconnect users and detach or delete a database. Although a database cannot be deleted or detached while users are connected to the database, it is not necessary to terminate this connection.
