There is a problem reading the text of a document. The document may not contain pages.

Workaround

Verify that pages have been associated with the document. This can be performed by following these steps:

1. Select the affected document.
2. View property information for the affected document. This can be performed by selecting Properties from the File menu.
3. Find out how many pages have been associated with the document.
4. Optional. If the page count is higher than 0, then you should click More to view file information for each page.
5. If you are still unsure why you are receiving this error, then you should contact your certified dealer.
