The file may be corrupt.
For more details, view information on the file in question. To view file information perform the following steps:
- Contact your LaserFiche administrator.
- Select the affected document from the Folder Browser.
- View the properties of the affected document. This can be performed by selecting Properties from the File menu.
- Find out the volume associated with the document.
- Click More from the Properties dialog box.
- Find out the path to the affected image or text file.
- Find out the location of the fixed and/or removable path for the volume associated with the document. This can be performed from the Modify a Volume dialog box.
- From a file management application (i.e. Windows Explorer), browse to the location where the volume's fixed and/or removable path is located.
- Find the affected files using the path discovered in step 6.
- View file properties on the document.
- Optional. If you still do not know what is causing the issue, then you should perform one or more of the following:
- Try opening the file(s).
- Try importing the file(s) into LaserFiche. If they are successfully imported, try opening the newly created LaserFiche document(s).
- Contact your certified dealer.
