Access to the file is not allowed.

Workaround

Perform one or more of the following steps.

  • Contact a LaserFiche administrator.
  • Make sure that the LaserFiche and Microsoft SQL servers have sufficient permissions over the folders in which the LaserFiche volumes reside.
  • Make sure that the database files are not read-only.
