Workaround

Perform the following:

1. View the properties of the affected document. Find out the volume associated with it.
2. Find out the fixed and/or removable paths assigned to the volume. You can view this information from the Modify a Volume dialog box.
3. Make sure that the volume's fixed and removable paths are pointing to the correct location.
4. Make sure that the volume's removable path is mounted.
5. Verify that the fixed and/or removable paths contain the images, text, and electronic files associated with volume.
