Summary

The volume being referenced does not exist in the LaserFiche database.

Workaround

Check the following:

  • Verify that the volume was spelled correctly.
  • If the message occurs when trying to import a file, verify that the default volume exists. The default volume can be viewed under the "Import to volume" option of the Import Options dialog box.
