Summary

The LaserFiche Server was not able to create a user.

Workaround

Contact the Network administrator. The Windows account assigned to the LaserFiche Server may need additional rights. You may modify the current account being used by the LaserFiche Server by performing the following steps:

1. From the computer on which the LaserFiche Server was installed, open Services. Services can be found under Administrative Tools in the Control Panel.
2. Select the LaserFiche Server service (LaserFiche for Microsoft SQL Server).
3. From the Action menu, select Properties.
4. Click the Log On tab. This tab allows the configuration of the Windows account assigned to the LaserFiche Server.
5. Configure the LaserFiche Server to use a Windows account that has sufficient privileges to the local computer and SQL Server.
6. Click OK.
