Workaround

Check the following:

1. Verify that the display engine has been properly set. The display engine is specified in the LF.INI file under the [Options] sections in the DisplayEngine entry. Usually it is set to LFWSNOW.DLL.
2. Check if the LFWSNOW.DLL file is in the LaserFiche program directory (by default, C:\Program Files\LaserFiche\LFW).
3. If the issue persists, contact your certified dealer for assistance.
