Summary

The image used to create a stamp must be a black and white bitmap (.bmp) file. The file must be no larger than 9.5 kilobytes (KB) in size. If the bitmap file already complies with these requirements, then the bitmap file is an unsupported format or has been corrupted.

Workaround

Modify the bitmap file to comply with these requirements and then try again.
