Workaround

Try the following:

1. Check your search query and attempt to perform the search again.
2. When searching integer and long integer fields, you should make sure that the integer specified does not exceed the range of valid values. An index card field of type integer will only accept values from 0 to 32,767. An index card field of type long integer will only accept values from 0 to 2,147,483,647.
3. When using the advanced search syntax to perform a folder specific search, you should make sure that the path specified exists.
4. Network database: If the issue persists, then you should contact a LaserFiche administrator. Stop the LaserFiche Server. Follow the instructions below. You should then restart the LaserFiche Server.
5. If the issue persists, then you should delete search index files (*.idx), which can be found in the Search folder of the LaserFiche database. Reindex all of the documents in the database.
