Summary

LaserFiche cannot write to the folder selected to store temporary copies of electronic documents. The location in which temporary copies of electronic documents are stored is specified by the TEMP environment variable.

Workaround

Check the following:

1. Make sure that the drive on which temporary files are stored has sufficient space.
2. Make sure that the folder in which temporary files are stored has not been set to read-only.
3. Make sure that the current user has sufficient rights to the folder in which temporary files are stored.
4. Make sure that a Windows temporary directory has been assigned. This can be verified by checking to see whether a TEMP environment variable exists.
