Summary

Either the LaserFiche Viewer (LFVIEW.EXE) is not being loaded or incompatible versions of LaserFiche exist in the same directory or shared directory.

Workaround

Try the following:

1. Make sure that the LaserFiche Viewer (LFVIEW.EXE) is being used to load LaserFiche.
2. If the issue persists, contact your certified dealer for assistance.
