Summary

The workstation could not communicate with the LaserFiche Server.

Workaround

Check the following:

  1. Verify that the TCP / IP protocol is functioning properly.
  2. Make sure that the workstation is in the same IP segment and subnet as the computer hosting the LaserFiche Server.
