The LaserFiche Server was not found.
Try the following:
- Contact a LaserFiche administrator.
- Run LaserFiche Ping (LFPing.exe) from the command prompt to make sure that the LaserFiche Server is running and communicating with the LaserFiche Client. This should be performed
on the workstation that is having difficulty communicating with the LaserFiche Server.
- If the LaserFiche Server is not returned by LaserFiche Ping, then you should make sure that the service is started. You should also verify that TCP/IP has been properly configured.
