Summary

The ENDFIELDS directive has not been specified in the import list file.

Workaround

Check to make sure that each STARTFIELDS directive ends with an ENDFIELDS directive. When all index card field information are enclosed by STARTFIELDS and ENDFIELDS directives, try importing the import list file again.
