Workaround

Try the following:

1. View the image outside of LaserFiche. If the image does not display correctly, then the image may be corrupted.
2. If the image displays correctly, try converting the image to a supported format using an image conversion application. Recommended image formats are: .bmp, .tif, .pcx, and .jpg.
3. Once the image has been converted, try again.
