Summary

The field names in an index card template must be unique.

Workaround

Perform the following to successfully create or modify an index card template:

1. Check for duplicate index card field names.
2. Assign a unique name for each duplicate index card field.
3. Make any other desired changes to the index card template.
4. Click OK.
