In order for a document or batch to be viewed, it must contain at least one image or text page.

Workaround

If you would like to view the field information associated with the document, then you should follow these steps:

1. Select the document.
2. From the File menu, select View Fields. The Document Fields dialog box will display the field information associated with the document.
