Summary

Although electronic documents are allowed to have image and text pages, a page cannot be moved to an electronic document. The image and text pages associated with an electronic documents are reserved for the images and text generated during the OCR process.

Workaround

Instead of moving the page to an electronic document, try moving the page to a document or batch.
