The volume's fixed and\or removable path could not be accessed.

Workaround

Make sure that the volume's fixed and\or removable paths are valid by performing the following steps:

1. Find out which volume has been associated with the affected document. The volume assigned to a document can be viewed from the Document Properties dialog box.
2. Find out the location assigned to the affected volume's fixed and/or removable paths. This can be performed by opening the Volume Manager, selecting the affected volume, and then clicking Modify.
3. Perform one or more of the following:
   • If your volume is on removable media, then you should mount the volume to the specified path.
   • Verify that the desired image, text, or electronic files can be found in the specified location. You can discover the path to a supporting file by viewing the properties for the affected document and then clicking More. If you do not have sufficient privileges to verify this information, then you should contact your LaserFiche administrator.
