This article details the list of changes for Laserfiche Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment Tool Update 1.0.2505.

Fixes

• LFMIG-1141 has been added: The Find Entry and Find Entries activity properties: "Geography", "Geography Text", "Is Frozen", and "Is in Record Series" are not currently supported in Laserfiche Cloud. The unsupported properties are now silently removed instead of the entire activity failing to migrate. (574294)
• LFMIG-1142 has been added: Laserfiche Workflow Business Processes are not supported in Laserfiche Cloud. Workflow Business Processes will be converted into regular workflows when migrated. Workflow activities associated with Business Processes will be unsupported. (574566)
• LFMIG-1143 has been added: Workflow in Laserfiche Cloud currently only support the following parameter types: 'string', 'Boolean', 'date time', 'GUID', 'integer', 'long integer', and 'number'. All other parameter types will be converted to the type "String" when migrated. (574598)
• LFMIG-1144 has been added: Invoke Workflow activities in Laserfiche Cloud only currently support the following variables as input parameters: 'string', 'Boolean', 'date time', 'GUID', 'integer', 'long integer', and 'number'. All other parameter types will be converted to the type "String" when migrated. (574598)
• LFMIG-1145 has been added: Invoke Business Process activities in Laserfiche Cloud do not currently support the following variables as input parameters: 'signature' and 'rich text'. All other parameter types will be converted to the type "String" when migrated. (574598)
• LFMIG-1146 has been added: The workflow description exceeds the length supported by Laserfiche Cloud. (578668)
• LFMIG-1147 has been added: The workflow name contains one or more of the following characters: ~!@#$%^&*, which are unsupported in workflow names in Laserfiche Cloud. (578665)

Resolution

To update the Laserfiche Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment Tool

1. Click the Check for Updates link in the top right of the Assessment Tool.
2. Click Install.
3. Once the update is complete, the new version assessment tool will automatically load and the browser page will automatically refresh.
