Summary

This article details the list of changes for Laserfiche Import Agent 11 Update 1.

Fixes for Import Agent

  • Import Agent now automatically reconnects to the repository when the session becomes unusable. (568565)
  • For increased security, in the Create Profile Properties tab, "(Windows Authentication)" is now shown when Windows Authentication is used for the sign-in account instead of showing the name of the specific account used. (484407)
  • The "Delete unmodified files after x months" option now deletes files when the deadline is reached. (535950)
  • A more informative error message is now provided to support troubleshooting when Import Agent does not have permission to access the auth key file. (504340)
  • Some error messages were improved to be more clear. (487113, 559347)

Fixes for Email Archive

  • Google OAuth 2.0 is now supported with Laserfiche Email Archive. (553645)
  • Various security updates, including that the username value for the global username token is now stored out-of-band of the application code. (503594, 484897)

Known Issues

  • When using Laserfiche Email Archive with Google OAuth 2.0, you cannot create mail folders with multiple consecutive whitespace characters in their names. (556122)

Resolution

To update Import Agent:

  1. Click the following link to download the update:

    2. KB1014552.zip

  2. On the computer hosting Import Agent, extract and run LFImportAgent_11001148_KB1014552_Update1.exe.
  3. Start the Import Agent and Email Archive Services from (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services), or restart the computer the update was installed on.
