Summary

This article details the list of changes for the Laserfiche Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment Tool Update 1.0.2409. This update has been superseded by KB 1014549 List of Changes for the Laserfiche Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment Tool Update 1.0.2411.

New Features

• The Laserfiche Assessment Tool can now scan for issues in Laserfiche Forms version 10.1 and later.
• Some items previously classified as "Needs Review" have been more accurately classified as "Requires Redesign."
• The assessment now returns several more issue types and links them to the documentation.
• Some issue descriptions have been updated to be more informative.
• The email template issue (LFMIG-1102) is now classified as a global email template limitation.

Fixes

• Workflow assessment no longer fails in databases with collation other than SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS. (533500)
• The tooltip on the installation page has been updated to correctly display readiness categories. (538370)
• The assessment tool now provides a helpful message when the server connection password is empty. (541146)

Known Issue

• Server connections with an empty password may fail to run reassessments. Re-input the password before reassessing. (541422)

Resolution

To update the Laserfiche Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment Tool

1. Click the Check for Updates link in the top right of the Assessment Tool.
2. Click Install.
3. Once the update is complete, the new version assessment tool will automatically load and the browser page will automatically refresh.
