Summary

The Laserfiche Directory Server service will not start or continuously shuts down.

Possible Causes

The service account configured for Laserfiche Directory Server does not have sufficient rights.

Resolution

Grant sufficient rights to the Laserfiche service account. See Configuring the Directory Server Service User and Ports for detailed instructions. Use the Windows event log viewer for additional details.
