General Forms Updates
- Added support for system-level repository profiles.
- Created the Forms Multi-Server Configuration Utility application to make it easier to configure Forms in a DMZ environment.
- The German language is now fully supported.
- Enhanced the Save to Repository event in the following ways:
- The entry ID created by a STR event is now included in the process variables.
- You can now use the same settings as the form itself for all attachments rather than having to configure each attachment.
- Instance history now includes the name and folder of entries saved.
- Additional improvements:
- Advanced configuration options for Forms Auditing.
- Added the ability to update variable values in tables and collections on in-progress instances.
- Enabled enforcement of unique variable names within a process.
- Made major improvements to the usability of the Forms debug log to help with troubleshooting.
Form Designer Updates
- Added the ability to filter tables and collections to only show relevant data.
- Added basic field masking to single line fields.
- Extended the LFForm object for a more complete JavaScript DOM:
- Auxiliary UI elements can now be accessed and updated.
- More UI settings can be updated.
- Additional simple form field properties have been added to the LFForm object.

- You can now preview a form at different steps within the process to see how rules affect what is displayed.
- Checkbox and radio button fields now convert to dropdown menus when the number of options exceed a set limit.
- Additional features:
- Enhanced the Custom HTML field to support JavaScript in a sandboxed environment.
- Note: Use of keywords such as: "document", "window", "this", "globalThis", "$", and other unsupported code will be blocked and will display errors in the developer console.
- Introduced the capability to set a total file size limit that encompasses all files within a file upload field.
- Enabled page-by-page input validation.
- Added the ability to detect if a form has been modified by another user when saving changes.
- Added support for page breaks at each page defined in the form's pagination settings when saving the form.
- Added the ability to search for fields on a form based on variable name, label, or field type.

Forms General Fixes
- Extra file attachments are no longer deleted when deleting other rows in a table. (494692)
- AuthorizeNet.dll is now included when upgrading to Forms 11 Update 5. (478928)
- You no longer receive a "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached." error message when signing in with Laserfiche Directory Server authentication. (490093)
- SQL deadlocks should no longer occur when multiple Workflow service tasks are run in parallel. (492963)
- Formulas now work properly on forms accessed from a mobile web browser on iOS devices. (474144)
Forms Designer Fixes
- Forms now automatically scroll to the top of the next page when the next page button is clicked. (467244)
