On the computer where Laserfiche WebLink 11 is installed, extract and run Laserfiche WebLink Update 3 KB1014465.exe

Important: This article was initially published on July 11, 2023, 11:12 AM PST and was subsequently unpublished later the same day at 5:14 PM PST. The patch included during that time frame contained an issue where it could only be installed over Laserfiche WebLink 11 Update 1. This article has been republished on July 18, 2023, with an updated patch that corrects that installation issue. You cannot install the updated version of Laserfiche WebLink 11 Update 3 over the previous version of Update 3. To check and uninstall the previous version of Update 3, use the Windows Control Panel to view and remove installed updates.

1. To View Installed Updates, select Start, select Control Panel, select Programs, and then select View Installed Updates.
2. Verify if Laserfiche WebLink x64 11.0.2306.122 Update 3 KB:1014465 is in the list.
3. Select the item and click Uninstall to remove the update.
