Import Agent Updates

• Import Agent now extracts email-related tokens from EML files in addition to MSG files. (360094)
• You can now configure settings for Laserfiche files that are specific to a profile. These settings override the global list file settings and Laserfiche briefcase settings configured in the File Type tab of Import Agent's options. (171906)
• If you choose to generate Laserfiche pages from imported PDFs, you can now specify if the pages should be black and white, standard color, or high-quality color. This option can improve processing speed and save storage space. (429750)
• Options for configuring parallel processing and thread count are now available in the Import Agent Options dialog. (153760)

Import Agent Fixes

• The profile editor now opens more quickly in Import Agent and Email Archive (408587, 408586)
• There are a variety of quality of life enhancements which improve handling files imported from monitored folders, lst, and xml files with long folder paths.
• When resolving folder path tokens, Import Agent and Email Archive now correctly handle repository name changes. (474284, 473690)
• Unicode characters in sample LST files now display correctly. (68265)
• Import Agent no longer has an issue where it wouldn't release the lock on some documents it is importing. (371165)
• When you change the repository a profile is using the fields available in the token picker are now updated as well. (430143)
• You can now use the %(GCount) token in the name of the folder you are importing into. (471363)

Email Archive Updates

• Individual profiles in Email Archive can now be enabled and disabled. Disabling a profile provides a way to save draft or incomplete versions of profiles. (396285)
• You can now use tokens to configure unique names for email attachments. (420467)
• If you choose to generate Laserfiche pages from imported PDFs, you can now specify if the pages should be black and white, standard color, or high-quality color. This option can improve processing speed and save storage space. (429759)
• A new option lets you exclude messages in the subfolders of the email folder your profile is monitoring. (425409)
• Email Archive's Configuration Utility can now be run in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese - Brazilian, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional).

Email Archive Fixes

• The profile editor now opens more quickly in Import Agent and Email Archive (408587, 408586)
• There are a variety of quality of life enhancements related to only showing relevant tokens in the token picker.
• When resolving folder path tokens, Import Agent and Email Archive now correctly handle repository name changes. (474284, 473690)
• The %(EmailReceivedTime) and %(EmailSentTime) tokens now return the correct times from EML files. (427601)
• If there is a tab in a token value used to name a document, the tab will be converted to whitespace instead of preventing the document from being imported. (408356)
• The "Retrieve unread messages and set their status to read" option now works correctly for emails retrieved from https://outlook.live.com/mail instead of setting all messages to read. (411549)
• The "Input string was not in a correct format" error message that sometimes occurs when connecting to Amazon WorkMail now includes more information to troubleshoot the issue. (426714)
• If monitored subfolders share a naming convention with your working folders, it will no longer prevent mail from being imported from the subfolder. (472206)
• The Email Archive profile editor has been updated to provide better validation when configuring profiles. (472913)
• You can now import email from mail folders that have special characters in their names. (472534)
