Note: This hotfix is specific to Laserfiche Forms 11 Update 3 Hotfix 1014419 (11.0.2212.30987), and should not be installed over a Laserfiche Forms 11.0, 11 Update 1, or 11 Update 2 installation.

This article details Laserfiche Forms 11 Update 3 Hotfix 1014447. To obtain Laserfiche Forms 11 Update 3, download the updated Laserfiche 11 package. The hotfix includes the following fix:

• Resolved a potential issue that could prevent forms from displaying properly in a web browser when viewed on mobile devices using iOS 16.4.1. (424369)

Resolution

Note: The following download includes specific binaries that administrators can manually replace to resolve the issue. A patch installer will be available shortly.

1. Back up the following files in your existing Laserfiche Forms installation (the default installation path is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms).
   • \Forms\bin\E-Forms.dll
   • \Forms\ModernForm\dist\modernForm.renderer.js
   • \Forms\ModernForm\dist\renderer\main.js
   • \Forms\ModernForm\dist\renderer\scripts.js
   • \Forms\ModernForm\dist\renderer\vendor.js
2. Copy the Forms folder from the downloaded ZIP file to the Laserfiche Forms installation directory (by default, C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms) to replace the existing files.
3. Refresh the form on the mobile device browser.
