Configuring OAuth for the Laserfiche App for Microsoft Teams

For the Laserfiche App for Microsoft Teams to work with OAuth, you must configure OAuth in the Laserfiche Developer Console, and users will need to sign in to the Laserfiche App using the same account ID as configured in the Laserfiche Developer Console. Thus, for the app to support multi-tenant, you must follow the instructions below for all accounts that use the Laserfiche Integration with Microsoft Teams.

1. Download the manifest file.
2. Sign into the Laserfiche Developer Console. Depending on where your Laserfiche Cloud data resides, choose one of the following:
• United States Data Center: https://app.laserfiche.com/devconsole
• Canadian Data Center: https://app.laserfiche.ca/devconsole
• European Data Center: https://app.eu.laserfiche.com/devconsole

To sign into the developer console, you must have the Developer Console Administrator access right.

3. Follow the instructions under "Create an Application from a Manifest" in the Import and Export Application Manifest How To Guide using the .json file downloaded in step 1.

Note: Do not change the value of clientId or redirectUris.
