Summary

This article details the changes for Laserfiche Office Integration 11 December 2022 Update (11.0.2212.482). This update includes the following changes.

• You no longer receive a "Unable to load DLL 'Webview2Loader.dll" error message when attempting to attach a Laserfiche Cloud repository using Office 2019 and earlier. (400488)
• You now have the option to specify the installation location of a Microsoft Office application if Laserfiche is unable to automatically detect the location of the installed Office application. (304003)

Resolution

• To update Laserfiche Windows client 11:

  Click the following link to download the update:

  KB1014415.zip

  Extract and run LFOfficeIntegration_x64_1102212483_KB1014415.msp or LFOfficeIntegration_x86_1102212483_KB1014415.msp depending on your configuration.

• To update Laserfiche web client 11:

  Click the following link to download an updated version of the integration package:

  KB1014415_webclient.zip

  Extract and replace the existing versions of LfWebOffice110.exe and WebOfficeBuildNum110.txt in "<web client install folder>\Web Files\OfficePlugin" with the copies included in the ZIP archive. By default, the web client's install folder is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access.
