Summary

When attempting to use Forms to save to a repository, you receive the following message:

The Chromium browser used by the PDF generator was not installed correctly. [LFF326-HTMLtoPDFDirectoryNotFound]

Cause

The error may occur due Chromium not being installed properly or removal from the system.

Resolution

1. Open the Command Prompt and browse to Forms installation files Support folder. For example, cd c:\Laserfiche Software\Laserfiche Forms X.X.X\en\Support
2. Type in this command: Win_x64_706915_mini_installer.exe --system-level
3. Restart the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service and FormsAppPool
4. Retry the save to repository step after installing Chromium

   Note : There may be different mini_installer.exe depending on the version of Forms that is running. Check your Laserfiche Forms installation folder for the correct installer.
