This article details the list of changes for Laserfiche Import Agent 10.4.0 Update 6. This update has been superseded by KB 1014408 Import Agent 10.4.0 Update 7.
- Import Agent will no longer freeze when the OCR engine cannot process a file. Instead, when the file times out, Import Agent will continue with other files. (365977)
- An issue with the Zimbra mail server that was causing emails to get stuck in the Import Agent working folder has been fixed. (371212)
- You can now customize the name of the Laserfiche Email Archive Service Working Folder. (389996)
- Email archive now tries to import all emails at each polling instead of limiting itself to 10 emails per polling. (393362)
- The %(EmailRecipients) token now returns a value when importing messages. (397029)
