Summary
Laserfiche will be performing major network and system updates this Saturday, January 8th, and Sunday, January 9th, between the hours of 9am - 5pm PST. We are anticipating the work to be completed on Saturday, but have also set aside Sunday in case additional time is needed. During this time, the Laserfiche License Activation Servers and some associated backend systems will be unavailable. This may impact the availability of certain Support Site functionality related to licensing and customer information for the duration.
Laserfiche Cloud services will continue to function, but the ability to generate any new licenses for desktop add-ons (such as Quick Fields) will not be available. As such, we recommend avoiding any major installation, implementation, or system changes during this time frame to avoid any disruption in service for both you and your customers.
