This article details each change for Laserfiche Forms 11 update 1 (11.0.2106.10331).

Updates

In the new form designer, we have added localization support, enabled using lookup rules to fill fields inside of collections/tables as new sets/rows, support for offline forms with the Laserfiche App, session timeouts, backend validation, and the ability to convert classic forms to the new format.

Additional new features include:

• Enhanced data source security to streamline the process of configuring lookup rules.
• Added a lockout mechanism for public users attempting to resume drafts.
• Now support using the routing service as a proxy for executing lookup rules in a DMZ configuration.
• Added the option to exclude team administrators and team managers in user task and email service task notifications.
• Now support the Retry function for user tasks in instances suspended when an error occurs after a submission but while a user task is still processing.

Bug Fixes

• Report export pagination no longer cause duplicate results. (255941)
• Now able to download a report with many instances after upgrade from Forms 10.4.0. (306687)
• Scheduled reports follow the 'Sort Order as Descending' settings. (306689)
• Login with a windows account which is linked to a repository user works as expected. (315189)
• Users granted access to a process are able to perform user tasks for all forms. (316226)
• No longer received an LFF3602-UnsupportedSQLVersion when using Azure SQL databases. (316798)
• Can no longer save an invalid regular expression in a single_line successfully. (310630)
• Uncheck 'Use thousands delimiter' option for number/currency field works as expected. (304241)
• Current date/time default value correctly shows on newly added rows to a collection/table. (304254)
• Process error messages with certain types of errors can be displayed in the new form designer. (309774)
• The table/collection field can be dragged with a sub variable inside it to add new fields in the new form designer. (310628)
• Resources for the new form designer are updated in the browser. (304249)
• The URL for the comparison of designer features help page opens correctly. (310629)
