Fixes for Web Client

• Resolved an issue that could cause some PDFs to display with pages incorrectly rotated. (310297)
• URLs generated using Laserfiche Workflow now load correctly in the web client. (311289)
• In some cases, performing date searches for valid dates could result in a "Date/time out of range. [9070] error. This issue has been resolved. (313816)
• Resolved an issue that could result in a "Please provide a location description" error when importing some JPEG files with non-English EXIF data. (309589)
• The web client now uses the appropriate download package for digital signatures in all situations. (316684)
