• Click the following link to download the update:

  KB1014299.zip

• Extract and run LaserficheAuditTrail11Update1_KB1014299.exe on the Audit Trail 11 host to update the Audit Trail 11 installation.
• Restart the Laserfiche Audit Trail Importing Service.
• Restart the Laserfiche Audit Trail Reporting Service.
