1. Make a backup of FormsCommonUtils.dll from both C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin and C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Config\bin
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file to a temporary location on the server hosting Laserfiche Forms 11.
3. Stop the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
4. Copy the provided files to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\ and allow the system to update the existing files
5. Start the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
