Laserfiche Directory Server 11 (11.0.0.981) includes the following new features:
- Support for STS sign-in to desktop applications and integrations, including SAML support.
Additional Changes
- Laserfiche Directory Server auditing to disk is now more compact. Old logs will still be read into audit reporting according to the audit trimming settings.
- Internet Explorer 11 and HTML Edge are no longer supported browsers for Laserfiche 11, including Laserfiche Directory Server 11 and STS.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 is no longer a supported operating system for Laserfiche Directory Server.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2, and 2012 are no longer supported for hosting Laserfiche Directory Server databases.
Fixes
- XmlEndpointUtility now displays the HTTPS certificate that is currently bound. (260114)
- When a user signs in to Directory Server, automatic updates to claims such as name, email, etc. are now audited. (277248)
- When creating a new licensing site, you will no longer see an Object reference not set to an instance of an object. error when trusted domain controllers have high latency or cannot be reached. (272138)
- Sign-in with User Principal Name (UPN) username format no longer fails for automatically created identity providers. (272000)
