Summary

The latest versions of the Laserfiche product suite are compatible with the release version of the new Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium).

Known Issues

• You may be unable to edit Microsoft Office documents within the Laserfiche Integration with Microsoft Office 365 if the tracking prevention option is set to Strict.

  To enable editing of Microsoft Office documents with Microsoft Edge you may try one of the following:

  1. Reduce the tracking prevention level by modifying your Microsoft Edge settings. For more information on the tracking prevention level, see Tracking Prevention in Microsoft Edge.
  2. If using Laserfiche Cloud, add webaccess.laserfiche.com to the list of website exceptions. To do so, add the site to Microsoft Edge's tracking prevention exceptions page: edge://settings/privacy/trackingPrevention. For more information on Tracking Prevention Exceptions, see Tracking Prevention in Microsoft Edge.
  3. If using a self-hosted Laserfiche web client, add the web client host to the list of web site exceptions.
