While trying to update an existing record in a Microsoft Access data source using Laserfiche Workflow, Quick Fields or Laserfiche Forms, you may get the following error: "ERROR: [HY000] [Microsoft] [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Query 'query name' is corrupt."

This is a known issue in the Microsoft Access driver introduced by update patches on November 12, 2019. All versions of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access Database Engine are affected.
