Summary

This article includes information about the Laserfiche license file for use when installing Laserfiche Import Agent for Laserfiche Cloud.

Import Agent 12

The license file for Import Agent 12 is installed here: C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Import Agent Suite\Import Agent\Cloud License

1. Copy the file to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Import Agent Suite\Import Agent
2. Restart the Laserfiche Import Agent Service or Laserfiche Email Archive Service.

Then, either:

• During the Import Agent installation process, on the Laserfiche Product Activation step, select the Activate using license file option and browse to the location of the lf.licx file extracted from the downloaded ZIP file.
• If you have already completed the Import Agent installation, manually place the extracted lf.licx file in the Import Agent installation folder. By default, the installation folder is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Import Agent.

Then, either:
