Laserfiche Forms 10.4.1 introduces the following new features.

Printing Forms from a User Task

When viewing tasks, you now have the option to print the form. Use the Print button in the toolbar to bring up the web browser's Print window.

Modifying Number Formatting for Different Locales

Administrators now have additional flexibility for configuring the separator character and decimal character for different locales. Use the numberFormat.json file in C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\Settings to view and modify number formatting for locales. You can change the values for the existing locales as well as append new locales to the list.

New Themes

Form designers now have additional themes to choose from. View the Themes tab when designing a form and choose from the following new themes:

• Winter
• Spring
• Fall
• Summer
• High Contrast Mode
• High Contrast Mode II

Additional Logging Information When Signing In and Signing Out

The cf_users table now includes the last_login_time and last_logout_time columns. Forms will update the last_login_time column whenever a user accesses Forms with an updated Directory Server session key. Forms will update the last_logout_time column when a user selects the sign out option or when Forms explicitly times out the user's session.

• In certain situations, Forms would continue to send notification emails that a task has been reassigned to a user who has been removed from a team. The issue is now resolved. (160338)
• Forms no longer overflows the operational Windows event log with warnings involving SaveCacheToRepository(). (159837)
• The Delete Row button for tables is now visible as appropriate on mobile devices. (159810)
• You no longer receive an unexpected error when uploading a process that contains a subprocess with a user task using a team filter that has been modified. (159581)
