The Laserfiche app is an Android, iOS, and Windows app that lets you capture, upload, and securely access and work with documents and forms in and outside your Laserfiche repository while on the go. This article highlights new features and changes for the Laserfiche Mobile Server, Android app, iOS app, and Windows app.
Android, iOS, and Windows Apps
- The app sign-in flow has been redesigned to be more efficient.
- You can quickly and easily switch to a different repository without needing to sign out of the app.
- PDF Improvements
- If a PDF document has editable fields, you can modify the fields within the app on iOS and Android.
- To match Android support, you can now see PDF annotations when viewing a PDF and zooming in on a PDF retains the zoom level when scrolling through pages on iOS.
- PDFs should display clearer when zooming in on iOS.
- Users no longer need to download an entire PDF before viewing it when using Android.
- The picture quality when taking a picture with the Laserfiche app on iOS has improved.
- Esri maps are not longer in beta.
Laserfiche Mobile Server
- Domain licensing is now supported on all platforms.
The following changes and fixes were also added to the Laserfiche 10.4.1 Mobile Server and App.
Android App
- When uploading recorded audio, the progress bar no longer remains at 0% when the upload is complete. (111566)

- The app no longer closes unexpectedly if the user upgrades from version 10.3.5 to 10.4. (149057)
All Apps
- The app no longer closes unexpectedly if the Save Offline setting has been enabled and forms attempt to automatically download to your device. (152603)
