Summary

This article lists the changes for Laserfiche Workflow 10.4.0 Hotfix 1014031.

The update includes the following fixes:

  • There is no longer a message warning that Workflow is on version 10.4 but the Workflow Designer is on version 10.2. (123437)
  • Registry entries related to Workflow 10.2 are now removed after Workflow 10.4 is uninstalled. (124111)
  • Date and time fields returned by a Search Repository task are no longer automatically converted to UTC time. (124695)
  • The Set Records Management Properties activity can now be copied and pasted in the canvas. (144945)
  • When you run a workflow containing the Set Records Management Properties activity on a repository that is not licensed for records management, the error message is no longer "The operation completed successfully". (147065)
  • You can now specify a custom login account when configuring the Workflow Server or Workflow Subscriber without getting an error about insufficient memory. (147266)
  • The Set Records Management Properties activity can now set event dates on documents. (147312)
  • When adding a token in the Reason field for the Add Hold and Remove Hold options in the Set Records Management Properties activity, valid tokens no longer cause validation errors. (147599)
