Laserfiche RPA Preview Features

Laserfiche is pleased to announce the release of Laserfiche RPA Preview. Robotic Process Automation lets you easily configure software robots to automate repetitive, routine work between multiple systems. These bots work directly across application user interfaces, mimicking the actions a person would perform, including logging in and out of applications, copying and pasting data, opening emails and attachments, and filling out forms.

Important: Laserfiche Robotic Process Automation Preview is only available through April 30, 2019 and provides a preview of a subset of the features that will be available at the full release. All bots built will the preview are fully functional, and there is no limit to the number of bots you can build. If you want to continue to use your bots after the preview ends, you must export them. They will be deleted from the system at the end of the preview.

Laserfiche Robotic Process Automation Preview has three components that work together to let you create, edit, and run your bots.

• A recorder that lets you create bots that copy to, write from, and interact with elements in third-party applications such as Google Chrome, CRM, and ERP systems.
• A bot designer that lets you edit bots to handle edge cases and include steps that need to be repeated multiple times
• A local tool that lets you see live tracking data as the bot performs its tasks.
