Summary

This article details the list of changes for the July 2018 Laserfiche App, which resolves the following issues:

• Tasks submitted offline are now submitted with the selected action instead of always being submitted with the "Submit" action. (111179)
• Forms submitted offline are now successfully submitted instead of being moved to the Drafts folder. (112900)
• The iOS app no longer crashes when opening a .msg file. (112008)
• Folders now download much more quickly. (107946)

Note: This update supersedes update 1013998.

Resolution

To update the Laserfiche App:

• Re-download the Android app from the Google Play Store.
• Re-download the iOS app from the iTunes App Store.
• Re-download the Windows app from the Microsoft App Store.

Alternatively, you can download the patch files for the apps:

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the patch files for the Android, iOS, and Windows apps.

2. Extract the content of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Open the folder relevant to your operating system.
